Your name plays a big part in shaping your feminine identity.
Some names sound sweet and innocent, some are classic and regal, while others exude an exotic and mysterious vibe.
As a crossdresser or trans woman, you have the unique opportunity of choosing your own female name.
If you’re like most of my readers, there’s a story behind your chosen feminine name.
So, in this blog post, I’d love to hear about the special meaning behind your name.

I’m excited to hear the story!

asselle is like ass her “her ass”…on the way.
well Lucille i had chose my name from michael seeing how when i was youger kids always teased me and called me michele so that is the name that i took and it isn’t that much different other than a couple of letter changes.
My femme name “Roxandra” is simply an amalgamation of parts of my male names RObert AleXANDer with the Alexander feminised to AlexandRA. I’m not sure it is really a name in the list of known names but it sounds feminine enough for me and is definitely unuasal and distinctive and i love being called Roxie for short.
Oh, well I’m Lorena Rebecca. Basically, I chose something that could be similar to Robert, one of my real names. Roberta could have worked, except that in the short form it’s not too attractive. I wanted both strong & sweet. Rebecca being quite a strong name, specially in Spanish, and the short Becky quite sweet. It was awesome! As for Lorena, I always liked the name, and as I was to “baptize” myself, it simply came to me. I originally have a first and middle name, and always liked it, so having two names as a girl was doubtless.
Cheers to all the T-Girls!, Kisses & blessings,
Becky
Hello Lucille,
I pocked Borka since that was my role model. She was a female presenter on the Dutch television when I was living there and I am trying to look just like her:)
Borka
I picked the name Dawn because of one of my female friends is named Dawn and I liked that name also not to mention she is a class act. Also stays with the letter D in my old sir name. The name Dawn just makes me feel more feminine when I’m dressed up and ready to go out.
I just extended my male name to fit my femme name Josephine. I
think it is a beautiful name personally.
I used to go to an orthodontist whose receptionist mistakenly called me Karin on several occasions for some reason. I suppose if I look like a Karin, that’s a good a name as any.
