You’ve put a lot of effort into perfecting your feminine image – from outfits and makeup to practicing your voice and body movements.
But today, let’s pause the improvement talk and take a moment to appreciate the progress you’ve already made. Because, seriously, you’re amazing!
What’s your proudest accomplishment on your MTF journey so far?
It could be a major milestone like starting hormone therapy, coming out to a friend, or going out in public as a woman for the first time.
Or it could be a smaller victory, like buying your first lipstick or choosing your feminine name.
Even if you’re just starting out, there’s a lot to celebrate. Acknowledging your true self is a significant step forward!
So let’s hear it! What is your greatest transgender or crossdressing achievement?
Please share your story with us in the comments below!

Wow!! So many great accomplishments and stories. It took me a few sittings to get through them all.
Like so many stories before, it is hard to pick just one thing. As with all of us, every small step taken is an amazing accomplishment. First time dressed, out in public, acceptance from GGs. Some of my largest steps I have taken, have been in the last year. I finally came out to family and friends, and have not had a negative reaction yet. Attending a banquet in a public/uncontrolled situation, signing up this year for two sports leagues, telling supervisors at work, and being 24/7 (at home, at least).
After reading the responses, I found what seamed to be one theme that is most common. To me, I truly believe it is the most powerful step that anyone of us can make, is “self acceptance”. To love and accept yourself for who you are is the one most important step to take. Now my next big thing will be is, have a family member see me as Jessica, not just pics.
Lots of love, and good luck to everyone, Jessica.
I love what you said about “self acceptance”. It’s so true. Beautiful pics, by the way, especially the one of you sitting on the couch. Very feminine. You look very happy! Hugs, Vanessa
Really, sending this comment is probably my greatest achievement. In Five for Fighting’s song, “Superman,” the refrain laments, “It ain’t easy to be me.” I am sure most transgendered people share that feeling at one time or another. Those who transition and learn to fly are truly heroes. Thank you to Lucille and contributors for your inspirational postings that are helping me to, “find the better part of me,”
About 2 yrs. ago my wife thought i was cheating on her,so she decided that she was going to change me into a woman. She put me on a strict diet, added hormones and put me on Lucille’s flat to fem program.I am now down to 168lbs.Wear a 42c bra, have a 36 in.waist and 40 hips.
She likes to have me walk thru malls about 20/30 feet in front of her and watch as men look at me and make advances, makes me feel “Very Sexy and turns me on! My hair is long blonde and and natural.I now live a life as a woman 24/7 and have a new job as a sect.in a large office.I will never go back to being a male ever!!!
Thank You Miss Lucille for making me what I’ve always wanted to be,a full time Girl.
Miss Pete
Great for you Miss Pete. I am glad that you can feel so comfortable and confident in yourself. You make me feel glad that I can dress up and not feel ashamed.
good question
I would have to say my hair I’ve grown my hair out. No more wigs.
Doing a second post just since this week, after getting inspiration from all wonderful girls here, I have made the decision to try to grow an A cup. I just need to find 4 herbs but I know what I am looking for and how to use them. So far, found 1, found some stores when googling which I should visit and where I maybe can buy 2, and think I have found an acceptable substitute for 1. So maybe I will be an androgyne not only in mind, but in body too, in a year or two! 🙂
Dressing fully and going out in public. I went to a store to buy some shoes and ended up going to two stores to find something. I was completly dressed and was so excited that I was doing it, being a women out in public!
Learning more about how to apply make up properly and wearing it in public along with feminine clothing. Taking baby steps…. Trying to discover what make up works best for me is the problem with my limited income. Have a shadow even after super close shaving on face.
Dear Michael,
This has been my problem for a long time until one day I spoke about it in an tranny club here in Vienna. One of the girls told me that she had pulled out her beard with tweezers. I had always thought this would be an impossible job. I also bought an electric epilizer. At the beginning, the epilizer did almost nothing. But together with the tweezer, I gradually got a pretty good result. Gradually, my beard turned white and now, I don’t need makeup in my face.
My greatest Success: One day, on my way home, a young man in the subway looked at me quite funny and I thought, he probably had read my true sex. But, when we got on the street, he began shouting at me, whether I hadn’t had enough time to dress in such a sexy way, when I was thirty. Did I still have to dress this way, when I am fifty?
For me, this was a great compliment, because at the time I was more than seventy years old.
Best wishes
Erika
I would say my greatest achievement(s) happened in one day. I stayed en fem for 8 hours, went into a few stores and was called ma’am several times. I have multiple goals that i like to achieve each year and I am doing great with them thus far.
