It’s amazing how much our names shape our identities. Some names feel like a perfect fit from the start, while others never quite resonate with us.
However, crossdressers and transgender women have the unique opportunity to choose their own feminine names.
Every great MTF name has a story behind it, and I’d love to hear YOURS.
How did you choose your feminine name?
Please tell us your story in the comments below, and if you can, share a photo too. It’s always lovely to put a face to a name!
Love,
Lucille

When that joke wore out I got serious and thought what would reflect my circumstance. I could not dress while I was married. After therapy and breakdowns I lived the husband and father life. My children moved away and my wife passed away, I was alone. My male life came to an end and I started dressing and living as a woman. I chose the name of the Roman god Janus who is the god of endings, transitions and beginnings and is depicted as a god with 2 faces, Sometimes one face male and the other female I am female full time and well accepted and respected in my community.
