1. Try Waist Training With a Corset

Years ago, I practiced the vacuum pose as part of a yoga routine ( damfino why I stopped) . The instructor cautioned us to relax our abdomens afterward before taking a breath, to avoid possible vocal cord damage. Dunno, but I followed the advice. A bit of info FY.
