Do you go out in public as a woman?
If the answer is no, you’re not alone. Nearly 75% of my readers rarely or never leave the house en femme.
While going out en femme can be exciting and empowering, it’s not the only way to express your feminine side as a crossdresser or transgender woman.
Whether you choose to go out or keep it private, both options are valid!
This is an important topic, and I’d love to know what you think.
Where do YOU present yourself as a woman?
- Strictly in the privacy of your own home?
- At select places – like nightclubs, meetups, or conferences?
- Anywhere and everywhere as a full time woman?

what twon do you lie in? I live in Houston, Tx
I’m a transgendered woman and my wife and I decided that it would be better for us if I transitioned last year and I began living full time then. All the guy clothes went to charity. Fortunately we’re the same size so clothes are not a problem. At first, it was a little inconvenient, but now we’re greeted by “Hello Ladies” or Mame when we’re out. I’m not a 25-year old “hottie” anymore, but life goes on and there’s no way I’d ever try to fool anyone into thinking that I’m a guy.
I really appreciate everything you do for our community Lucille, You are the truly the best!
San Francisco must be beutiful to live. Congrats on the new move!
The only place I have to present myself is in my private office at my place of business. You can probably imagine I work until late evening many week nights.
spend 24/7 now as a femme.threw most of my male clothes away and gave rest to charity shops.HATED BEING INGOGNITO and i took the big step and have never regreted it..3 years now and counting.take care all.x nici
You are like me, I geve most of my clothes to charity and continue to give to charity.
Lucille, happy to see that you are settled. San. Fran. is one of those places on my list when we can travel again. I am pretty much en femme most of the time I go shopping with my wife to my groups, and to my therapist.I might have to cool it if I ever get employment again.I am truly female from the inside out.I dress any way the mood strikes me unless I am doing the dreaded guy stuff. Then it is the male clothes. But I still have my hair and nails, by the way I haven’t broken one in a long time. The HRT is working quite well and now I am starting to shape my body. You know you have a great supportive family when your wife borrows your winter coat because it looks great with her new suit. Keep up the good work we all need your love and support. CarolAnn
First Sofia, being shy is safe for you right now. I’m sure you’ll move eventually and with each little step you take will come great satisfaction. You needn’t be sorry for your English. I understand your message and we girls love and support you. You are one of our sisters, Okay!?
Next, I am so happy as my wife fully supports me now as feminine and is happy with my real self. It has taken time and patience. I have been a model of waiting and realising that this was difficult for her at first. We are from different cultural backgrounds and fortunately for me she has been watching various Television identities from her country who are living publicly in the media as trans-females. They are so beautiful, intelligent and widely accepted. Hence, she has had a big turn around and now welcomes the femme-me and has told me to trust her and not be afraid to be the real me. Wow! Can you guess what her cultural background is?
Where we live is Summer and so I am able to swan around in newly purchased lingerie and night attire, like baby-dolls and negligees. When I go shopping I wear uni-sex accent on feminine. I need to get a wig and do my face. At the moment I’m working on improving my breast size with flat to fem program. I’ve started with the 5 points for breast enhancement. I am fit and have been at work on my figure as that is good for my self- confidence especially when I walk through the city. My brain knows I am a girl so the rest is getting up to speed. I reckon my psychological headset is the strong part of me, but I really love the help/support that Lucille provides for us. I really feel she is there for us! Love to all and Lucille. Bye till next time. Jaine.
