I’ve never been a huge fan of breast enlargement pumps. Most pumps out there are useless pieces of junk.
Herbs, on the other hand, are easy and effective – and since they work on a hormonal level, their feminizing effects go beyond breast enlargement.
But recently, there’s been a BREAKTHROUGH in high quality, effective breast enlargement pumps. And I’ve seen such great results from these gadgets that I finally changed my mind!
Here are 2 reasons to start using a breast enlargement pump:
1. Breast enlargement pumps stimulate breast growth through tissue expansion.
Studies show that applying tension to an area leads to tissue growth. Surgeons use this technique (known as “tissue expansion”) to regenerate skin, bones and other tissues.
Guess what? It also works for breasts! Applying vacuum pressure to your breasts stimulates real growth over the long run.
2. Breast enlargement pumps give you an instant size boost.
Besides long-term growth, breast pumps give you an instant size boost by increasing blood flow to the breasts. This swelling only lasts a few hours, but you can enjoy the results in the meantime. Who couldn’t use a breast boost before going out or stepping in front of the camera?
The breast enlargement pump you get matters. A lot of pumps come in one size only, are uncomfortable and don’t provide the optimal suction for growth. Stay away from these.
Two models that work well for TG women are the Noogleberry and Bosom Beauty. Both have different-sized domes for a custom fit.
The Noogleberry costs about $60 and has a hand pump, while the Bosom Beauty is $130 for the airlock manual system and $490 for the Bosom Beauty 2012 mechanical pump system. The Bosom Beauty 2012 has the strongest suction, but the drawback is that you have to stay hooked to a machine while you use it. Both can be used for 30 minutes to 1 hour per day.
But don’t think this means you should give up herbs. Combine a pump with the herb and massage routine outlined in The Flat to Fem Breast Enlargement Program and the results will amaze you!
Now I’d like YOUR feedback! Have you ever used a breast enlargement pump? How did it work? Do you have any tips or suggestions to share with me and the rest of the girls? Leave me your comments below!

I’ve just started with a pump and already see results. But I would also like to add a firming creme to the regimen. Given the countless variants out there, might anyone have a recommendation?
Thanks in advance
I found that using the Noogleberry XL airlock system for a longer period (sometimes more than four hours) each session gives me enlargement for at least eight hours. I pump until it is uncomfortable and back off a touch. I get very red which fades within a couple of days. I also use the recommended herbs. This has resulted in growth from a flat 38 inch circumference to one of 41 inches with the look of breasts under my t-shirt. I hope to end up with at least a 44 inch measurement and C- cups.
Just removed the Noggleberry ( 3 hours @5cm suction) cups and put on bra and t-shirt.
I tried to add an image but it didn’t show up. What did I do wrong?
I have been having my wife use a breast pump for about a month (not quite ever day) but I feel a more solid routine would increase the results we already have.
On top of using the pump, she is also using supplements (not the bogus exspensive boobie pills)…. I looked at the ingredients and did my own research and started buy my own ingredients. I have also made these herbs into salves and lotions to us during pumping and over night .
She went from a very very small A to a big B in about a month and she is very happy! And doesnt fit old bras (some were training bras) and now fills out dresses and bathing suits! And I know the pump can be used on her booty which we having done yet but I noticed the supplements have been add a bit of curve there too
She’s about 90 lb 5’5″ 00 waist, so very small all around
I would post pics but I’m not sure if that is ok lol
I ordinarily do not respond to subjects as personal and controversial as this but there is so little information about the subject, I felt compelled to contribute here so others may get some information.
I’m small framed (5’3″) and well formed but, while dressed my only problem was my lack of breasts. I really dislike stuffing padded bras with zero beneath it, and initially I gave phyto supplements and a single cup breast pump a try, in that order.
The phyto supplements definitely had an effect going from an AA- (concave to seriously flat) to a nicely shaped “almost” A, but they were asymmetrical with one being a bit smaller. After over a year I lost confidence that much more enhancement from the phyto route would be negligible.
Enter the breast pump.
While I continued the phyto route I added a pump to the smaller breast, pumping 30 minutes twice daily (longer than 30 minutes caused bruising) for a few months and massaging well afterward. When I realized the smaller one was now larger than the previously larger one, I was shocked and pleased.
Now having a left breast “B” and right “A-” I had my work cut out for me 🙂
Since I have ample spare time on my hands I began applying the cup to the now smaller breast at the same time regimen I used for the left side, and when they matched I stopped there. I am only part time CD and still need to conform to being “him” 🙂 Perhaps as associates notice my new figure I may re-start pumping again to bring them up to a solid C.
When I dress to go out, I’ll pump both breasts for a half hour to fill the cups even more which naturally “deflate” after several hours a bit but the swelling effect is to make them go from a solid B to an almost C!
In general I still prefer under wire “A” cup bras as I like the overflowing cup effect that I do not get with larger cups.
Finally, this may or may not be important… I have read that massaging the breast tissue after pumping is vital in getting results. Since I consider my efforts relatively successful I would suggest a breast massage after pumping. If nothing else it feels good (who would ever have thought that?) as well as it helps reduce any reddening and marks caused by the cups.
