Crossdressing can help you break free from gender norms and embrace your true self.
In this blog post, we’ll explore the top 10 benefits of crossdressing that can transform your life.
There’s a lot to be said for embracing your femininity and all the perks that come with it!
Top 10 Benefits of Crossdressing
1. Embracing both sides
Crossdressing lets you bring out the best of both genders and incorporate them into your own personality.
2. Motivation to look good
When you’re crossdressing, you naturally want to look great, right? That’s why it can inspire you to take better care of yourself, stay in shape, and prioritize self-care.
3. Better understanding of women
Crossdressing helps you see things from a woman’s perspective, which can make you more understanding and empathetic towards them.
4. Finding a community
When you embrace crossdressing, an added bonus is that you can tap into online or local communities. These communities can help you feel accepted and supported.
5. Fidelity and integrity
Now, I hope you’d never cheat on anyone, but there’s an interesting twist here. When YOU are “the other woman,” it can reinforce your commitment to being faithful.
6. Discovering your true self
Crossdressing is an amazing journey of self-discovery. It’s a chance to dig deep and uncover parts of yourself you may not have fully explored.
7. Unleashing your uniqueness
Normal is overrated, right? Crossdressing makes you stand out from the crowd and be an intriguing, fascinating individual.
8. Embracing differences
Crossdressing teaches you to accept and appreciate those who don’t fit into society’s norms. It broadens your perspective, promotes inclusivity, and shows you the beauty of diversity.
9. Stress relief
Crossdressing offers a fantastic and harmless way to relieve stress. It’s like stepping into a different role and enjoying a fulfilling activity that helps you unwind and take care of yourself.
10. Boosting creativity and courage
Crossdressing requires creativity, resourcefulness, and a dose of courage. It’s all about stepping out of your comfort zone, trying new things, and embracing the unexpected.

I just found this website and have been binging on the articles and polls. I am trying to imagine how different my own life would have been had I grown up knowing I wasn’t the only male in the world cursed with a desire to wear women’s clothing. There was no internet when I was growing up or even as a young adult so hiding in a closet or looking in other closets to see what was out there brought on a serious amount of guilt. Lucille, you are a gem, thank you
For me, cross-dressing is part of the voyage of self-discovery. I just turned 69.
I put bras on a few times when I was a teenager (my parents took me to a psychiatrist), but I didn’t “do anything else feminine” until after my wife died five years ago. Even though I was always to attracted to girly women, I NEVER DREAMED that it might be because, deep down, I was a girly boy. But now, I’ve discovered a whole ‘nother side to my personality and it’s almost like I’m trying to make up for lost time. 🙂 I can’t get enough of wearing breast forms and shapewear; shopping for and wearing girl clothes; getting my toenails painted (I’ve been getting pedicures for >15 years); growing and painting my fingernails; and wearing mascara, false lashes or getting lash extensions. I think I’m a real girly boy (and proudly so). Because I’m a Black man who has problems with razor bumps, I have a beard, but I dream of removing it, doing full-face makeup and going out in public as a woman. I’m 100% hetero (I’ve never been attracted to a man), but would LOVE to do a girls’ night with a group of women who accept me as one of them. Finally, I recently bought Lucille’s “Sleep & Sparkle” program. Thank you, Lucille, for your role in liberating me to enjoy by feminine self.
I love dressing fem but haven’t the courage to go out as the woman I want TO be all you girls are so brave

Lucille,
I just want to thank you so much, your site has really helped me embrace my true feminine self and relate and appreciate women so much more. Just wish I could find an attractive, open-minded, intelligent woman who loves life to share an enjoy it with. Maybe you could do a blog giving advise?
Love Ya,

Lucille,
I have for years been thankful for you wonderful site, and now I’m rejoicing about the Top 10 Benefits of Crossdressing! I’m in my 70’s and I spent many years keeping my “embracing both sides” a guarded secret. Years ago, there was no number 8, “Accept and Appreciate others” or 9. Stepping into a different role. But my favorite is number 10, “crossdressing requires creativity and courage and trying new things”. I enjoy being Jane and over the years joyfully have enjoyed the courage , creativity and trying new things we share.
Thank you for the encouragement!
Have fun dressing!

Thank you for the kind words, Jane! I’m so glad this article resonated with you and that you see crossdressing as the gift that it is. You are an inspiration!
i think #4 kinda covers it in a vague way,..but more precisely for me,it was a quick way to seperate the wheat from the chafe (so to speak),..as the people who truly loved me stayed ,and those who didn’t vanished,….kinda a blessing in disguise really.
