Are you still trying to find your feminine voice?
The biggest mistake you can make is speaking in a high-pitched falsetto voice. Yes, you need to raise your pitch, but a “deep” feminine voice is easier to attain and sounds more natural.
Don’t forget that deep voices in women are considered sexy!
Here’s some feminine voice inspiration for you…

Dear Lucille, I think you did a wonderful job of picking ten women that exemplify sexy voices whether doing drama or comedy.Thank you again for the inspirational video. Best Wishes Honey
Thank you, Honey! Glad you liked the video. 🙂
I think I’d have to go for Bacall myself. It also seems to me that her kind of voice might be the more realistic goal for most of us.
I like Angelina Jolie. The way she talks she sound more like a man than a girl.I like her as an actress.
best voice that I have found is my own, just a little softer.
Hello Lucille Sorella,
I would have to say I really love Kathleen Turner’s voice. I am trying to get my voice to the point where it is sexy and feminine. I have a good start from other clips I came upon through searches on the web.
Thank you,
Nicole
I have allways realy liked Morgan she looks great and sounds sooo sexy.lol at 58 I guess I just remember her best.
Lucille,
Thank you for pursuit of excellence. I was taken by surprise
by the wonderful quality of women earlier today. And now I am blown away by these familiar actresses with very sexy voices.
I have to agree that I thought Bacall’s voice was very special.
Out of that list, “sexiest deep voice” is Bacall.
A study out of Michigan State University found that “breathiness” was the key to a woman’s sexy voice, rather than the deepness of the voice. Overall, I think the fullness and quality of a woman’s voice depends upon pitch (depth), breathiness, and a broader range of tones (like someone talking on NPR or the BBC versus someone whose range is more monotone).
That’s interesting! I agree that “breathiness” contributes to the sexiness of a woman’s voice, but I find a deep breathy voice (like Kathleen Turner’s) sexier than a high-pitched breathy voice (like Marilyn Monroe’s). It’s a matter of taste, I guess. 🙂
