You’ve put a lot of effort into perfecting your feminine image – from outfits and makeup to practicing your voice and body movements.
But today, let’s pause the improvement talk and take a moment to appreciate the progress you’ve already made. Because, seriously, you’re amazing!
What’s your proudest accomplishment on your MTF journey so far?
It could be a major milestone like starting hormone therapy, coming out to a friend, or going out in public as a woman for the first time.
Or it could be a smaller victory, like buying your first lipstick or choosing your feminine name.
Even if you’re just starting out, there’s a lot to celebrate. Acknowledging your true self is a significant step forward!
So let’s hear it! What is your greatest transgender or crossdressing achievement?
Please share your story with us in the comments below!

My greatest transgender achievement is finally loving and accepting myself. I have been on hormones for 14 years and because of hormones grew to be a DD cup. I am currently engaged and only my fiancee and his immediate family know that I’m transgendered.
“Shannon”…”Very Sweet Story” !!!
Hello, I have always wanted to be a women and with your help my greatest moment was when I made up my mind no more hiding , telling stories why I crossdressed , why I feel this way. I just started to live full time as a Transgender women and to my surprise allot of my friends and family said it is about time that you were honest with yourself and just be happy. I now have a very nice figure, nice breasts, Hips, and again very happy. Thank you again
My greatest achievement was while clothes shopping with my wife (yes she is fully supportive), we were approached from behind by a clerk whom asked, “How are you ladies doing today”? Then apologized when she saw my beard. It may have embarrassed her, but it made my heart soar to the heights as I was just relaxed and being myself.
The day I got the courage, and walked into a strip plaza business that specialized in makeovers, and got a total makeover including a wig to borrow. It was under the pretense of an initiation for graduating from a class at a military base in the Florida Panhandle. I was able to leave looking totally female from foundation to lip color and I felt great! I had gotten a motel room about 2 miles from where I had to go first, and called for a taxi to pick me up and take me. When the driver and another person riding heard my voice the two of them were shocked as I did not sound feminine, but I had actually done it for the first time after wishing for a long time.
Hi Lucille,
I went for a walk about Harrogate town (England) enfemme for the very fist time earlier this month.
It was a hot sunny Sunday I wore a light dress and flat shoes so as not to get too hot.
Walked through the beautiful valley park then around the shops eventually having morning coffee in Debenhams store. Everyone friendly. No problems. It was so liberating. I had been petrified at first, it was like walking to the very edge of a high cliff & having vertigo.
Can’t wait to go out again now. Love Joanna x
My greatest self accomplishment is being passable as an older gurl. I do go out regularly dressed, and have not recieved any nasty looks or signs that I am being outed as a man dressed like a woman. I do date men and they do take me places like theatres, ballrooms, restaurants, and they like to show me off as their woman. To me this is the closest I can become to being a real woman in the physical appearance I present.

For me, there have been many achievements and I hope there are more to come, but the most important is that I’m accepted as a woman when I’m out-and-about. I have always been able to fit in and I have, to my knowledge, ever been clocked. Yes, I have been “read” but “read” only as a woman. That is the ultimate for any girl. Love and best wishes to all, Carollyn
