It could be a major milestone like starting hormone therapy, coming out to a friend, or going out in public as a woman for the first time.
Or it could be a smaller victory, like buying your first lipstick or choosing your feminine name.
Even if you’re just starting out, there’s a lot to celebrate. Acknowledging your true self is a significant step forward!
So let’s hear it! What is your greatest transgender or crossdressing achievement?

My transition has been such an amazing journey that I am currently trying to write it up to hopefully help others. As ‘him’ I was very well known in the district and town where I live, being the president of the local Lions club, and involved in many other organisations. I now think that possibly several thousand people know why I transitioned and are fully accepting of it as they can see how happy I am despite being is crippled with multiple sclerosis and in a wheelchair
When I walked out in my backyard dressed en femme.
My greatest achievement is surrendering to my feminine self and having electrolysis done on my face.
So far I would have to say that is has been go to my sessions with my doctor and talking about all aspects of being a women…I look forward too every session…
You are so pretty, keep it up
Coming to terms with the woman inside me, the woman that I truly am. Realizing that the inner journey is far more important than the way I present in the outside world. I don’t need to look or dress as a woman to accept that iam a woman….for me its whats on the inside that really counts the most….the rest will evolve.
Being able to pass since 2005!!! The best part is that I have had no challenges or conflicts because of expressing my feminine side! My life is soooo tranquil since I can express myself when ever I want!
I achieved quite alot about my feminine qualities
and helped me improve in my attitude and the way
I walk and connect with people that made me feel feminine
without it being weird like dressing like an woman in
the street and i’m comfortable in my own clothes but
still feel feminine without all your help we would have not
discovered our feminine qualities and not afraid to step out
and be ourselves at the same time it is not all about dresses
or makeup it what makes us beautiful with in our bodies and be
beautiful on the outside as well and that makes us who we are
if we treat our bodies right and eat well and maintain our bodies
then we feel great and still be feminine at the same time that
I have learnt from the best .

My greatest accomplishment was telling my supervisor at work about my “alter-ego” and explaining how important it was to me. She heard my story then made an appointment with human resources for me.
After a long discussion and many questions, my employer (which was a major telecommunications company in Canada), decided to let me come to work en femme whenever I wanted to, provided I use the woman’s lavatory and sat down when I pee.
But it wasn’t just me, they decided to change company policy for any transgendered/crossdressing individuals to let them use the bathroom they were most comfortable in, (as long as they were dressed appropriately and behaved properly.
