Wow, my previous blog post about GUILT struck a nerve with people.
If you feel guilty about crossdressing or being transgender, then maybe you consider the whole thing a “curse”.
But I believe there are some amazing benefits to being a “two-spirit” person.
In this post, I want to share what I believe are the hidden benefits of crossdressing or being transgender.
Some of these apply more to crossdressers, but the sentiment is the same: Being TG can make you a better person overall – in girl mode AND guy mode.
The Top 10 Hidden Benefits of Crossdressing or Being a Transgender Woman
1. It allows you to integrate the best of both genders into your personality.
2. It motivates you to stay in shape and take care of yourself. (A girl’s gotta look good, right?)
3. It makes you more empathetic towards women.
4. It brings you closer to the people who support you.
5. It’s easier to be faithful when *you* are the other woman (though I hope your empathy towards women would prevent you from cheating in the first place!).
6. It allows you to get to know yourself in a deep and meaningful way.
7. It makes you an interesting person. (Normal is boring!)
8. It gives you more compassion towards others who don’t fit the norms of society.
9. It offers a healthy and non-destructive way to relieve stress.
10. It makes you a more creative, resourceful, and courageous person than you might be otherwise.
So what do you think? Am I missing anything on this list?
I’d love to hear what YOU feel are the hidden benefits of crossdressing or being a TG woman.

transformation tips?
I know that my life as a male was simply excruciating, nothing made sense. The women that i loved left me cold, i know why though. Lal of interest in sex and inability to explain where all this changing leads to. This has scarred me deeply, it’s the one thing that haunts me throughout my transition to womanhood. I find men as very simple creatures to be involved with. Learning the roles that they expect hasn’t been an easy journey, its frought with hard lessons, like: when and how to give in to a man’s wishes and thru lots of trial and error i find the REAL POWER of a woman’s role is found therein. We rule via intelligent submission… That means, if your goal is to fully transition into a believable female, you must not confuse the senses that make him a man. Women play with men constantly: i recall a boss in the sales industry once told me, you’re not trying to make friends you’re trying to sell something so don’t confuse Ott try to be something that the costumer would be surprised by. Be a salesperson. It absolutely applies to being a passable woman. Be like a woman, listen and watch women interact with men, Renner how they played with you. It’s all good for transition, when you walk to stay in shape, move your body like a woman, practice using your hands more delicately. I enjoy taking my walls around the strawberry fields near my home. The men who work there are always driving by me slowly or positioning themselves nearer the path that I’m walking, some make it obvious by saying or making sounds, other men are totally quiet, but when i look over my shoulder they are ALL taking in my rear view. I grew so much by being accepted and taught by these men, always respected me, and they really taught me that i was a sexy creature, even if I’m never going to be female 100%. I have taken solace in the fact that i am attractive to men and, to my surprise, most of those men eventually tell me that they are interested in my shrinking penis. So, I’ve changed my mind regarding taking it off, my penis that is. Sorry so long, novellas are nice right. Off i had anything to leave I’d say, someone should all about the time i was at the very far corner of the strawberry field between myself in jogging shorts and 2 fat workers. I’ve been back to apologize to them for Trump and not everyone voted for him. The take away, i love my workers, all of them. Lots of love DD T.
Honey, I’m right there with you except where it applies to dating men. Solution: date women. I do. It’s much more fun and a lot less stress. JS.
So much truth in this post and i can really relate to most of them especially #1. I run a Property Maintenance business, I started it before I transitioned but it didn’t really take off until after. I believe I have the best of both worlds, my job involves using lots of “boys toys” tools like chainsaws, angle grinders, drills etc and i still have plenty of strength to use them. My customers are a little surprised when i first meet them that a female has come to do Maintenance and some ask me about my journey, others don’t question it, just accept me as a female and are thankful for the job being done well. I never go to a job without makeup, including lipstick and wearing perfume, it just makes me feel good. The best thing is i can go home at the end of the day and change into a nice dress for dinner. I think of myself as a sort of hybrid, the best of both technologies! xx
I agree with all especially you have the best of both genders!!!!!!also number2
I’m not sure much of this applies to being TG… except for 6…
#1 seems a bit transphobic to say to a trans girl
I Totally Agree!
Well, being a CD, gives me confidence, because it makes me feel pretty, and even, sometimes, Beautiful.
I think it also gives you a better fashion since.
I don’t really agree with you on #5 about being faithful to anyone.
I like reason number 9, I have tons of fun when I’m looking my best or just relaxing with a pair of pink lace panties and bra. I’m completely “Alicia” from feminine mannerisms, in my thinking and being, especially after i have done my nails and freshened up with some White Linen.
No stress being Alicia when there aren’t any expectations other than xdressing, walking in 5 inch heels seductively and behaving at the cellular level as a Woman.
#9 hits me the bess. It relaxes me to know that I’m doing something that I love to do knowing that my wife understands
