If you’re reading this right now, then I’m guessing you work very hard at perfecting your feminine image.
There’s a lot to think about, isn’t there?
Clothes, hair, makeup, voice, movements …
And that’s not even counting serious life changes like hormones or surgery.
The problem is that when you focus on everything that still needs improving, it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come already.
Well, today I want you to put all that improvement stuff on hold. Forget about what you still need to do and celebrate what you’ve already achieved.
Seriously, girlfriend – you are AWESOME!
So I would love to know …
What has been your greatest achievement on your feminine journey so far?
It could be a big accomplishment like completing GRS (gender reassignment surgery), coming out to your family, or stepping out in public as a woman for the first time …
Or it could be a smaller victory like buying your first lipstick or choosing your feminine name.
Even if you’re a total newbie, there’s a lot to celebrate: You’re here on this site and acknowledging your true self! You are so much further along than those who try to repress their feminine sides. (We all know that doesn’t work.)
So let’s hear it! What is your greatest transgender or crossdressing achievement?
Please share it with us in the comments below!
Love,
Lucille

I went to Sacramento got a hotel room as my male self. Showered got dressed (waterbra with silicone push-up pads, pantie, pantyhose, short black dress, 3″ black high-heels, auburn wig(just pass the shoulders) and makeup and glue on nails. I walked over to a gay bar called Faces a few blocks away. I met a couple of girls, I believe one of them was a real girl and the other, her husband or BF also dressed as a lady. We danced, had a few drinks, and I told them how I got started crossdressing and how come to be there at the bar that night. I had a great time just talking They made me feel comfortable being dressed as a lady. I made it back to the hotel room (sadly) alone. I sat down in a chair and napped for a couple of hours. I woke, changed in to another dress(black and white flora), freshen my makeup and went down to the front desk to check out. I heart was pounding so hard went I was asked to show my ID. When I did the lady at the counter looked at me and said she would have to get the manager. I lifted my wig a little and said it me. She said okay and completed and transaction without getting anyone else. I was so glad to get out of there. I had to stop for gas, paid outside at the pump. went though drive-thur for food, drove home, back to Lodi at the time, was lucky to be able to park just outside my apartment door. got out of my car and into my apartment without being seen.
I’ve been out en femme plenty of times. But my greatest achievement was the first time I caught the attention of a guy at the theater. He held the door for me, flirted, and smiled; and I caught him taking a long look at my legs and backside as a walked away! This was the moment I truly arrived!
Mine would be being with a man who treated me tenderly and gently in bed as a woman deserves to be…
“Joanna”…How Sweet Is That !!!
Definitely going out in public. It seems the more I do the easier it gets. I have even been out to a club with my wife which was so much fun, and we plan on doing that again. I went to breakfast with a friend a few weeks ago. This older couple actually turned around and stared at us (me). So rude..
Visiting a Doctor to consult about female surgeries. Making the appointment, then wait in the waiting area, et cetera requires a lot of courage. When I was able to do it I realized I was in the right path.
I finally got breastforms
My greatest achievements have been going out in public dressed although I do not do it very often. Another great achievement was that I was in a musical show, La Cage aux Folles, and if you know that show you will know that the chorus line of women is not all that it seems, being a mixture of genetic women and men dressed as women. I had to do some dancing in that role and I had to work hard at that because I had not done much dancing previously except for the sort of dancing at a disco where any kind of move is acceptable. Being in the show was a way of coming out to my close family and it was accepted by them. There was something much more acceptable to them about dressing up for the stage but they do not really approve of my dressing apart from that.
I am always very nervous about using my voice when I am out dressed. So it was a great achievement when a couple of times I ordered a coffee.
